Scope :

-Responsible for APJ product life cycle management (PLCM ) and APJ ESS PLCM performance matrix

-Work with Global PLM and Regional product support & business unit as well country team on PLCM supports

-Key focus for both regional and country buyers and planners relating to PLCM and part master data management matters.

Key Responsibilities:

-Create, Communicate, and monitor NPI timeline/NPI (new product introduction) readiness preparation

-Actively work with all related functional teams such as GPLM\AP PSM, GBUs ,planner/buyers and engineering

-Gather Regional and countries NPI spare forecasting

-Validate and implement initial Regional Field Critical Stocking Plan

-Work with GPLM\OPLM and Supplier on NPI forecast and readiness requirements

-Work with commodity manager to ensure new vendor RMA disposition and procedures setup

-Ensure New vendor T&Cs documentation is available

-Implement WW\Regional Stocking Strategy & Communicate on NPI initial stocking to countries

-Manage and work with related teams on WW allocated NPI part to support region requirement

-Report LOA at FCS and responsible for NPI LOF( 90 days ) by working closely with regional planners

-Responsible for Quarterly NPI stocking projection by align to ESS NPI inventory targets

-Focus for supporting Countries Champion /Planners for any parts extension and cost load requests.

-Responsible for NPI, LTB, EOL, EOCL, EOML and EOSL management & tracking by working with region and country planners

-Handle escalation by region and countries’ relating to PLCM and part matters

-Review and ensure AHJ Hub and country plants' costing and pricing are in accordance to APJ costing governance and guidelines

-Soft Roll and Hard Roll notification management and implementation (process and system)

-Screen purge support by working with all related team and resolve related escalation if any

-Co-ordinate proactive replacement initiated by global team (via GPLM, PSM)

-Ensure consistency and accuracy in regional part master database integrity

-Overall owner for the part master data maintenance for HW PLs assigned.

Support APJ Tower improvement or initiated programs

Qualifications

-Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in quality/service engineering industry

-Candidate must possess minimum a bachelor degree in business (preferably in supply chain module)

-Competence in both spoken and written English

-Minimum 2 years’ experience in program and project management

Must have working experience in a MNC with international exposure
