The job family spans across multiple engineering disciplines. Work consists of working with cross functional team (RnD, Finance, Cost, Planning, Logistic and Quality) to deliver Laserjet Manufacturing Operations business result in NPI, Shipment, Quality and Cost.

Responsibilities

-Project lead for Laserjet NPI activities at manufacturing partner, ensure timely execution of build schedule with seamless coordination of part in house, test/fixtureing, manufacturing processes and quality plan

-Focal point for Product Completion Center sustaining activities such as quality hold management, cost reduction and shipment fulfillment

-Investigate and support new supply chain projects to optimize supply chain delivery cost and TAT

-Acts as APJ regional expert providing direction and guidance to regional postponement activities

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or other Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

-Minimum 4-6 years experience

Knowledge and Skills

-Strong project management skills

-Effectively collaborates, build relationships and influences team members to work towards common goals

-Strong analytical and problem solving skills

-Good understanding of inkjet/laserjet manufacturing processes

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language. Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at management levels.
