Overview

As a growing and recognized leader of industry-focused SaaS "software as a service" solutions, Covisint’s on-demand collaboration platform helps companies securely access, use and share information. In China Covisint is focused on providing cloud business services to enable automation, visibility and collaboration through automotive industry value chain.

Responsibilities:

Position Summary:

The Sales Consultant is responsible for supporting the direct sale of Covisint's products or services to China key strategic customer bases.  

Primary Roles/Responsibilities:

• Serve as the sales consultant for Covisint China
• Develop technical solution proposals for the potential customers.
• Actively involved in developing the China sales strategies
• Develop and execute specific plans to ensure revenue growth and support the sales target for the region.
• Present as an industry expert at the marketing/customer events
• Own the Statement of Work development
• Travel as required in China

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• 5+ in sales consultant role.

• A track record of success selling in the Information Technology marketplace.
• Good experience interfacing at the C-Level or business owners
• A strong understanding of business operations in the automotive and manufacturing space
• Strong solution design and consultation skills.
• Strong presentation, management and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of software architecture. And ability to present technology overviews, services and advanced technology solutions to large groups of clients, partner and associates
• Ability to establish client relationships and network within organizations
• Bi-lingual English and Chinese
