领导和管理区域销售团队,为优质顾客提供高端培训项目
主要职责:
作为区域总监,其主要职责包括并不仅限于:
1. 管理区域销售团队的运作并带领其达到预定销售目标,确保销售流程的质量及稳定性,不断提升销售业绩。
2. 协调分区域市场营销活动,使之与总部营销整体计划相一致。
3. 高端顾客客户关系管理。
4. 负责中心日常运营。
5. 参与制定总部资源规划。
6. 作为中心领导者,成为中心其他员工的楷模。
7. 激励并培训区域销售团队。
8. 参与区域管理会议并提供区域发展策略,持续开发提升销售业绩的方式。
任职资格
1. 学士学位及以上,MBA学位或有海外学习背景者优先。
2. 优秀的英语听说读写能力。
3. 8年以上相关工作经验,并且至少3年在快速增长企业中担任管理职位经验。
4. 能够领导并激励充满活力的销售团队。
5. 具有独立全面管理能力,并具有与不同文化背景人士工作的经验。
6. 优秀的人际沟通能力,优秀的团队领导力及管理能力。
7. 销售及营销背景,曾带领团队完成超预期指标者优先。
8. 优秀的组织能力,结果导向及能够管理大型多层级组织。
9. 能够承受压力,具有创造力、解决问题的能力,能够自我激励。
Job Description
Lead and manage the regional team to provide advanced training programs for high-end clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The main duties and responsibilities of the Regional Sales Director include but not limited to:
1. Accomplish the sales target based on the management of regional sales teams, ensure the quality and stability of sales process, and keep improving sales.
2. Coordinate the regional marketing activities, and comply with headquarter general marketing plan.
3. Management of high-end client relationship.
4. Management of daily work of the center.
5. Participate in resource planning of headquarter.
6. Being the leader of the center, act as outstanding example for the staff.
7. Motivate and train regional sales teams.
8. Participate in regional management conference and work out regional development strategy and means of consistently improving sales.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above. MBA or background of study abroad is a plus.
2. Excellent English communication skills.
3. 8 years experience of related work, and at least 3 years experience of management at fast growing enterprise.
4. Ability of leading and motivating sales teams.
5. Ability of independent management, and experience of working with staff that from different culture.
6. Excellent interpersonal communication skill, and outstanding ability of team leadership and management.
7. Background of sales and marketing, and achievement of exceeding target by leading his team is a plus.
8. Outstanding organizational ability, result-oriented, and be able to manage large hierarchy organization.
9. Able to work under pressure, being creative in problem solving, and self-motivation.
