职位描述
1. 为潜在优质客户提供高端培训咨询，持续完成个人销售业绩指标。
2. 通过团队协作达到中心总监设定的每日、周、月销售目标。
3. 与同事及学员建立良好关系以达到销售目标并提供优质服务。
4. 参与销售培训，执行销售演示，为客户提供量身定制的培训计划，从而达成销售目标。
5. 对现有学员紧密跟进以发现其自我提升的需要。
6. 建立潜在优质客户数据库。
任职资格
1. 3年及以上销售及顾客服务经验。
2. 学士学位及以上。
3. 熟练销售技巧及成功销售记录。
4. 团队合作精神及优秀的沟通技巧。
5. 强烈的责任感及顾客服务意识（需要能够适应灵活工作时间）。

Senior Program Consultant
Position Description:
1. Introduce premium programs to potential high net worth customers and consistently achieve individual sales targets with new prospects and old contacts.
2. Work as a team to achieve daily, periodic and monthly sales targets set by the Center Director.
3. Build strong relationships with colleagues and students to reach both sales and service objectives.
4. Attend sales trainings and execute sales presentations in order to design suitable programs for potential customers and achieve individual targets in a timely manner.
5. Follow-up closely with students to identify upgrading needs.
6. Build-up prospect and high net worth client base.

Position Requirement:
1. Three (3) years or above direct sales and customer service work experience.
2. University Degree Holder.
3. Demonstrable sales skills and proven sales track record.
4. Strong team spirit and good communication skills.
5. High sense of responsibility and customer service mentality (flexible working schedule necessary).
