Summary:
NNCrystal Lighting Materials is looking for a highly self-motivated Product Marketing professional to implement market strategy of NNCrystal's LED's Lighting materials division's which specializes in remote phosphor LED lens. This Product Marketing professional will work within a cross-functional team of sales, R&D, and supply chain, to implement NNCrystal's Lighting's market strategies and identify sales revenues sources in the global market.
Responsibilities:
1. Execute business and product strategies for remote phosphor lens for the LED market, for new and retrofit applications.
2. Work with R&D, supply chain and sales to launch Remote Phosphor product portfolio to the Asian market.
3. Execute NNCrystal's lighting Materials division's marketing strategies, including branding and promotions.
4. Provide market training to sales and technical service team.
5. Work with sales team to pursue program wins and achieve sales goals.
6. Identify lighting specifiers, key strategic customers and designers to generate sales
7. Work with sales team to develop and maintain business relationships with strategic customers and designers.
Qualifications:
1. B.S or M.S. in business management, or engineering.
2. 5+ years' experience in sales or product marketing. Lighting product sales or marketing or engineeringexperience is a plus.
3. Must have excellent English speaking, understand and writing skills. Report directly to English speaking Global Marketing director.
