职位描述
工作要求:
具有高度自我激励的销售人才,负责纳晶照明材料远程荧光粉透镜的营销。要求完成预定销售目标,并且能与公司市场、研发、供应团队紧密合作以满足客户的各项需求。能倾听客户需要并将客户需要转达给公司市场及销售总监。
岗位职责:
1、针对远程荧光粉在LED领域的应用,完成销售任务 ;
2、与研发、供应链、市场团队合作完成远程荧光粉产品系列在亚洲市场的推广;
3、赢得销售项目,完成销售目标;
4、发展、维护与战略客户及设计人员的关系,做好销售支持;
5、推出新产品进入市场;
6、与市场部合作组织市场开发、营销、公关计划促进销售,提高品牌知名度;
7、负责应收款;
8、注意竞争对手的动向及产品的新应用,并将此类信息清楚传达给销售总监。
任职要求:
1、工商管理或工程学类,本科以上学历;
2、优秀的英语听说读写能力;
3、三年以上销售经验。有照明行业市场、销售、工程经历者为佳。
Summary:
NNCrystal Lighting Materials is looking for a highly self-motivated Sales professional to grow NNCrystal’s LED’s Lighting materials division’s business which specializes in remote phosphor LED lens. This Sales professional will work to deliver targeted sales objectives. Also, work within a cross-functional team of Marketing, R&D, and supply chain, to ensure customers are satisfied. This professional will listen closely to the voice of the customer and relay the information learned from customer visits to the Sales Director and Marketing. This person will also gather competitive information.
Responsibilities:
Execute sales plan for remote phosphor lens for the LED market, for new and retrofit applications.
Work with R&D, supply chain and marketing to launch Remote Phosphor product portfolio in the Asian market.
Pursue program wins and achieve profitable sales goals that meets companies margin target.
Develop and maintain business relationships with strategic customers and designers to generate and support sales.
Support accounting as needed to ensure on-time payment for goods and services
Execute new product launches into the market
Work with marketing to formulate advertising, marketing, PR, and communications plans to support sales and build brand equity/awareness.
Paying attention to competitive trends and new application opportunities. Communicate these trends clearly to the Director of Sales.
Qualifications:
1. B.S or M.S. in business management, or engineering.
2. Must have excellent speaking and writing English skills
3. 3+ years’ experience in sales or product marketing. Lighting product sales or marketing or engineering experience is a plus.
4. Report directly to Sales Director.
