Job Description :

Responsible for the entire recruitment produre. Through different chanels to get the qualified candidates.

Responsible for developing and maintaining campus recruitment channels, maintaining good relations with employment guidance centers and college counselors.

Apply visa /work permit for foreign people by needs.

Apply Chinese residence permit, Shanghai Hukou for local employees.

To be responsible for participating in lectures, job fairs, etc., and carrying out campus recruitment.

Communicate with department managers to abtain the requirements. Improve JD before post to the websites.

Responsible for the employee’s entry, turnover, probation period evaluation and renewal of labor contract etc.

Responsible for the internal trainings, orangize/coordinate any company trainings based on requirements by each department. Assist to make and implement company annual training plan.

Intergate and maintain staff's labor contracts, training records and other HR documents

Organize company activities

Requirements :

University Degree with minimum 4 years HR position experience in Foreign Invested Company;

Familiar with company recruitment procedure. Have the capability to approach the candidates in a short time.

Responsible and Good communication skills.

Good English capability both in writing and conversation. Proficient PC skill.
