岗位职责：

1. 参与公司项目的管理工作和法务支持工作；

2. 根据公司的战略要求，参与公司的并购、投资等重大经济活动，参与项目谈判、法律专业分析等工作；

3. 负责解答业务部门的法律咨询，检查公司的运作流程，规避法律风险；

4. 参与公司重大决策或重大经济活动，负责相关法律风险控制及法律依据文书的起草、审阅和修订工作；

5. 参与重要商务谈判，为企业经营管理决策提供法律意见和建议；

6. 负责公司法律事务咨询。

任职要求：

1、 本科及以上学历，法学专业；

2、 5年以上法律职业从业经验，具有较为丰富的投资项目法务工作经验；

3、 熟悉投资项目业务流程，熟悉司法、仲裁处置程序；

4、 具备较强的法律文书写作能力，具备较好的沟通协调、分析判断能力；

5、 具有较好的沟通能力及团队精神；

6、 持有司法职业资格证优先考虑；

7、 具有良好的英文读写听说能力。
