Position Title: GTT-Process&IT Project Manager-P9103 / China DND (28021BR)
Position Description
The Position is the Process & IT Project Manager for P9103-DND (Process and IT Implementation & Integration)
Responsibility:
Working in the P9103 Program in close connection to the CPM and rest of the team in Purchasing GTT
Lead and be accountable for the DND Purchasing implementation and integration project as part of the P9103 PU Program and support the Purchasing operations
Work closely with PISTA/DND Business Team to understand the processes.
Prepare action plan on all process activities and implement the same
Coordinate with VIT and PISTA/DND Business for Planning and follow up activities agreed
Prepare IS GDP presentations and participate in Project review meetings
Attend and Present IS GDP presentations in Process & IT Steering committee
Be a representative from Purchasing, attend the PISTA/DND cross functional workshops
Work with PISTA/DND team for OTD (Order To Delivery) and Finance activities
Need to have a regular meeting with PISTA/DND implementation team at Factory
Travel Required (maximum): Occasional
