职位描述
Responsibilities:
Achieve required KPIs, to include outbound call numbers and time and other identified metrics
Contact customers in order to maintain and improve relationship.
Prepare offers (following product, features and benefits structure) and follow-up.
Negotiate offer conditions: price, delivery time and payment within the predetermined frameMaintain accurate and up-to-date data & report in system.
Build and use internal and external networks to ensure customer satisfaction and drive activity at site level
To find new contacts and expand the range of products purchased to position FESTO as their supplier of choice issue, follow up and convert profitable quotations
Support Marketing campaigns to drive activity and sales
Internal Sales activity management targets
Follow SPET process mainly in terms of contact preparation, customer information and reporting using existing tools (SFA,...).
Requirements:
2 years of relevant business experience necessary.
Customer oriented, good communication skill, well-organized, careful, sense of responsibility, urgency and ownership.
At least 2 years working experience on sales or telephone sales in automation industry.
Good learning ability.
Good command in English and PC skill, being familiar with ERP system will be a plus.
Good communication skills as well as the ability to persuade.
Ability to generate team selling.
