Title: Financial Analyst
Facility: Beijing United Family Hospital-Beijing Market
Department: Revenue Operations Department
Summary of Responsibilities:Business Plan & Analysis
Supervision Received: Chief Revenue Operation Officer
Supervision Exercised: Minimal supervision, should work independently
Qualifications:
*Over 2 years working experiences in financial position, prefer in health care organization
*College degree in Finance/Accounting, Master degree preferred
Skills:
*Excellent computer skills (incl. Excel,PowerPoint and Access)
*Excellent spoken and written English
*Excellent communication skills
*Must pay special attention to detail
Knowledge:
*Degree or equivalent health care experience
*Ability and willingness to expand professional skills as new situations arise
Responsibilities:
*Prepares operating budgets for cost centers in Beijing Market based on actual performance, previous budget figures, estimated revenue, expense reports and other factors.
*Analyzing actual expenditures and revenue to determine reason for overrun or under run of budgets.
*Review expenditures of requisitioning cost centers to insure conformance to budgetary limitations.
*Maintains records of expenses, actual operating figures for comparison with estimated budget and budget balances.
*Compiling regular and special statistical reports, prepares forecasts and analyzes trends, for example:
*Daily Operating indicator report,eg.Daily Census, Daily Revenue report
*Monthly P&L report by department with budget comparison
*Monthly Special Indicator Report
*Monthly Projections
*Monthly MOR report
*Monthly AR &AP days calculation
*Quarterly operational review presentation package
*Quarterly Statistics Trends by department
*Quarterly BOD meeting presentation
*Quarterly JPM and IFC reports
*Various reports for local health bureau
*Labor Cost analysis
*Assists in installation of budgetary control systems, input, retrieve or display budget information.
*Other projects and duties as assigned
