Day to Day Responsibilities:

§ Lead cross regions customer engagement projects for customer value delivering through technical support and differentiated product offering

§ Close work with cross internal/ external functional groups for design in technical solutions in responding to customer technical issues and requests

§ Regularly updating customers’ processes and technologies understanding through customer engagement and input into internal product attribute development and improvement for product differentiation opportunities

Education & Experience

Education

§ University graduate and Master degree is a plus

§ Major in Engineering & Science are preferable

Experience

§ Working experience in customer interface, new product development, technical project management in high matrix organization

§ At least 3~4 years working experience in display industries, including panel maker, equipment vendor, material vendors and OEM/ODM. Well understood key display technologies, process and design

§ Display technologies, panel manufacturing processes, display key parts and equipment

§ Skills

§ Ability to envision technical market trends and build appropriate roadmaps

§ Ability to interact effectively with customers, and other industry leaders and represent on technical issues

§ Ability to interact effectively with internal groups to assure programs are in place for achieving the program objectives

§ Ability to network throughout TFT-LCD value chain

§ Ability to set actions and follow through with a sense of urgency.

§ Ability to work and communicate across varied Asian cultures

§ Fluent in English and Chinese

§ Commercial savvy, can prioritize issues

§ Well organized, process oriented, systematic approach to problem solving

§ Ability to influence customer technology decisions, when appropriate, through compelling technical and business justifications.

§ Strong technical / analytical skills…Detail oriented

§ Strong desire to manage business relationships using combination of data driven analysis, strategic thinking, networking and strong interpersonal skills

§ Good communicator. Ability to present ideas using diverse media
