税务数字化服务团队帮助企业应对现有和新兴技术的影响，包括许多企业面临的日益增长的数据负担，将数据转化为资产，提高效率，创建更高成本效益的税务功能。我们服务方案的基本目标是，帮助企业驾驭数字化时代的税收透明度，以及税务合规和税收争议方面新趋势给企业带来的挑战并不断创新。典型的税务数字化服务包括：

• 税务职能数字化转型
• 税务应用服务

• 税务数字化项目动员

• 交易(并购) 后的税务职能整合和运营服务
• 税务操作模式转型，包括流程改进、风险和控制
• 税务职能评估

所需要的技能和特质:

• 作为项目负责人的角色，在项目管理过程中分配任务，并监督其完成，包括记录需求、配置、测试、调试、项目收益、税务系统和流程配置。
• 能够依据现有的财务或税务系统和新兴技术，进行全流程的自动化以及创新。
• 能够主导税务数据整合设计，支持更有效的税务分析和筹划
• 能够主导税务报告和税务分析功能的相关设计
• 能够提供各种需要的支持，帮助团队及时完成项目交付

要获得该职位，您需要:

• 具有至少6年以上IT项目的丰富管理经验（8年以上– 高级经理）
• 拥有税务或财务以及相关领域的知识，以及至少3年相关工作经验
• 对信息科技及其在商业中的应用有浓厚的兴趣
• 优秀的沟通能力和商务写作能力
• 作为一个问题解决者，并具备创新精神
• 较强的组织和时间管理能力，以及出色的客户咨询技能
• 挖掘和整合商业需求的能力
• 领导团队、指导下属、管理项目的能力
• 拥有大型IT项目（内部或外部）实施经验（高级经理）
• 市场开拓能力以及至少3年相关经验（高级经理）

如果您至少还符合以下至少两种条件，将更适合这个职位:

• 有实施第三方直接税或间接税相关系统的经验(如ONESOURCE、CorpTax、Vertex、Avalara、Longview等)
• ETL和数据管理相关经验
• BI和数据分析相关经验，如Power BI, OBIEE, BO, QV, Tableau
• 有Java或.Net项目经验
• ERP或集成开发经验，包括SAP或Oracle
• SharePoint设计或者开发
• 管理有税务因素的大型、复杂项目的经验(例如：ERP实施、税务外包、财务转型)
