职位描述
(偏生命科学背景)
1. Work with China GM and segment marketing team to analyze national life sciences market. Define & execute segment business strategy
2. Lead team to exploit the market with priority and focus to build project pipeline
3. Leverage internal & external resources to increase win-rate of projects
4. Finish the financial negotiation with customer and sign commercial & technical contract
5. Identify new market or new sales approach to reach extra and repetitive business growth
Regional Key Account Development
1. Select and review key account list and assign dedicated key account manager
2. Leverage internal & external resources to maintain senior relationship inside key accounts
3. By all means to reach higher market share of full range PMS offers and better customer satisfaction from key account
4. Develop customized application and service solutions with key account manager for better customer adherence
5. Collect voice of customer to support product & service roadmap definition
Regional Channel Development & Management (Segment Manager Only)
1. Develop channel partners in region to reach better customer & opportunity coverage
2. Categorize channel partner into distributor / reseller / ad-hoc deal and focus on distributor development
3. Work with marketing team on annual distributor JAP (joint action plan) to execute
4. Integrate internal resource to provide technical / commercial support to distributors
5. Supervise channel partner to secure their operation under CoBE (Code of Business Ethics)
Sales Team Management and Talent Attraction & Development
1. Manage team performance based on funnel model (leads - opportunity - order -revenue - service)
2. Manage team pipeline and performance based on CRM system (Salesforce.com)
3. Timely identify the performance and competence gaps of team member and define action to cover
4. Coach team member on selling skills and product / application knowledge
5. Identify internal talent in team and integrate company resource to invest on talent development
6. Attract external talents to prepare organization growth and/or key position replacement or succession
Job Requirements:
1. Master degree in Life Sciences or Healthcare.
2. At least 8 years sales experience with proven records in Life Science or Diagnostics/IVD area. At least 2 years as sales team leader
3. Key Account and/or Channel Development experience is highly preferred
4. Self-motivated, initiative, open-minded, and result-oriented
5. Good presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills
6. Good data analysis and biz planning skills. Familiarity with Excel and CRM is highly preferred
7. Strong leadership to achiever result. Mature skill on team member coaching
8. High energy and capability of working under pressure
9. Good English communications in both oral and written
