职位描述
PURPOSE
1. Lead the new product planning in certain therapeutic areas to provide strategic support for new product planning.
2. Lead to update the new product sales forecast in order to provide the valuable data support for company decision-making.
3. Lead the new product pre-launch preparation and manage the process to ensure successful launch.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. New Product Business Case Preparation -- gather & build market understanding:
1) Identify market definition.
2) Understand current market (size, share, growth and key competitors).
3) Buying process and patient funnel.
4) Stakeholder/KOL’s feedback.
5) Prepare the business case of new product, submit to management team and get the approval from global.
2. New Product Pipeline Management:
1) Contact with global for updating of new product’s information.
2) Align with RA for updating information of registration process.
3. New Product Pre-launch Preparation:
1) Work closely with relevant Regional and Local stakeholders.
2) Manage the project before handover to marketing team (12-24 months prior to launch).
3) Support pre- launch activities.
4. New Product Pre-launch Program (LEAP) Management:
Establish the LEAP Team and work closely with team members until handover to the marketing team.
5. KOL Management and Rapport Building:
1) Routine KOL visit in new product therapy area.
2) Get KOL’s opinions for new product.
3) Coordinate with MA to participate in Adviser Board meeting.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS
Global and Local RA, Regional Portfolio Management, Marketing, MA, Government Affairs, R&D and etc.
Meeting Organizer, Media, Market Research Company and etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor degree or above preferably majored in Medicine and Pharmacy, MBA is preferred.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry and 2-3 years’ experience in NPP is preferred.
Demonstrated strategic and analytical thinking and competencies in utilizing a broad range of marketing tools / technique.
Ability to develop good professional relationship with opinion leaders and influential clinicians.
Resourceful, persist and creative under the environment of compliance and building consensus with multi-stakeholders.
Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
Good command of oral and written English.
