职位描述

General and Daily Responsibilities:

 

·         Identifies and develops new business relationships, creating pitch opportunities and obtaining new business wins in order to contribute to achieve annual new business income targets.

·         Identify prospective client needs, identify the tactics, resources and people required to address the need.

·         Support and work very closely with VP/General Manager and sales account service team members to identify, pursue and close deals.

·         Seeks out opportunities to gain business from pharma and non-pharma health and well-being accounts.

·         Responsible for managing her/his own business development if applicable.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills Required:

 

–       Bachelor's degree with at least 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry in a sales, marketing, commercial operations and / or BD(&L) capacity preferred. 

o    8+ years on the client or service side or 5+ years in a selling capacity selling to pharmaceutical industry sales /marketing or operations decision makers preferred 

o    Healthcare products sales and / or devices sales experience will be viewed as a plus

o    Graduate or terminal degree will be viewed as a plus

–       Strong interpersonal skills and very strong platform skills

–       Requires a candidate to be able to think strategically and tactically both short and long term relative to customer and industry

–       A demonstrated network of industry contacts and a track record of closing commercial business partnerships / deals. Demonstration of her/his network maybe required prior to employment

–       Demonstrates strong character / business ethics, particularly work ethic, integrity and honesty

–       Strong communication and presentation skills

–       Experience managing a P&L and a management staff will be viewed as a plus

–       Ability to travel when business required

–       Be a positive ambassador of the company, its vision, mission and goals.  Represents the company professionally and credibly during and outside of company hours

Key Competencies for Position:

 

?     Industry knowledge of Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Med Device

?     Industry senior level network

?     Strong commercial credibility – good track record in industry and strong credibility in sales, marketing, operations

?     Ability to hit and exceed a predefined target provided by company
