1.Robust and Sound outcome of decision from focussed Business Partnering and Support by Commercial Finance teams

2.Improve financial results including forecasting accuracy probability arising from sound Planning, Budgeting, & Forecasting support into H China business (arising from H China Commercial Finance function)

3.Business Performance Measurement drives more targeted and quick solutions to issues that are raised and tracked monthly. 

4.Strong Risk Management initiatives to drive a common process and approach to Commercial business management          

Job Requirement:

1. Finance/Accounting Degree in a recognized university

2. More than 6 years finance experience (working with commercial team) as a minimum.

3.Be a self-starter who is highly motivated and have high developed interpersonal and communication skills

4. Integrity and honesty to deal with confidential issues and documents; demonstrated ability to use discretion in confidential matters.

5. Excellent time management and personal organization skills; ability to organize own work priorities and meet tight datelines
