Job Overview

 -Conduct periodic quality reviews to drive full compliance of quality requirements and improve quality metrics

-Conduct Fab and Bump audits in China and participate in regular suppliers/US team conference calls.

-Develop monitoring systems and drive systematic improvements at suppliers through benchmarking and lessons learned fanout

-Collaborate with AP Ops and US teams to review supplier initiated process changes and drive for successful implementation

-Follow up problem investigations and validate corrective/preventive actions to reduce excursions and NC incidents

-Work with CQE to support supplier related RMA investigations and follow up corrective and preventive actions

-Escalation of issues to AP Ops and US management and throughout cross functional teams as required 

 

Minimum Qualifications：

 -Minimum of five years of semiconductor industry experience with a minimum of 2 years working directly with foundries such as TSMC, SMIC, UMC, GF, Samsung, IBM, Grace and WinSemi etc

-Thorough understanding of device physics and wafer processing. Able to deal with complex issues in advanced CMOS technologies

-Hands-on experiences of Fab inline and PCM process control

-Understandings of quality methodology such as SPC, management of process change, 8D problem solving, FMEA and/or audit etc

-Good verbal, written and presentation skills 

 

Preferred Qualifications ：

-Hands-on experiences of flip chip bump and/or WLP experience is a plus

-Working experience in wafer fab modules and/or integration team

-Familiar with OPC, APC (feed forward, feed backward algorithm) and/or FDC (fault detection classification)

-Good team player. Ability to interact and gain cooperation of various cross functional team members.  

 

Education Requirements ：

- Required: Bachelor's, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience

- Preferred: Master's, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
