职位描述
Responsibility,
Ø Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue
Ø Understand client organization, decision process, operation scheme, etc. Monitor any key change and analyze impact on our business
Ø Leading project management activity; provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations
Ø Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client
Work for contracts/contracts renewal, orders and invoices, and is responsible for payment collections.
Qualification,
Ø At least 4+ years of commercial experience in Sales & Marketing and Service Management, ideally have experience in smart card industry or with banking domain knowledge.
Ø Experience in working in international companies, preferably experience with European and US businesses;
Ø A proven sales skills; this may include presentation, negotiation, planning, etc.
Ø Capable to understand basic technical concepts; then build good knowledge on company offer
Ø Good communication skills with other team and build action plan for sales target
