职位描述
岗位职责：

- Evaluate market conditions, including market trend and competitors, prepare sales development plans and define new business directions, broaden business channel and expand the market share
- Liaise with global resources regarding competitive situation, best practices, market feedback, customer satisfaction and product development roadmap
- Submit business reports regularly, maintain close collaboration with related business department
- Prepare presentations and update marketing material as required
- Communicate with the sales team to ensure success execution of business development strategy and plans
- Contribute in other tasks from LBU Manager, Drives, RM China
任职要求：
- Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering and Automation or equivalent background
- 5+ years working experience in sales
- Familiar with Sales development
- Agile, good communication, actively motivated, teamwork
- Willing to travel frequently
- Good language ability in Chinese and English.
