Job Description

• ？Local product portfolio expert: 1st contact level for the entire local organization in terms of product features, roadmaps and applications. Strong link to HQ Product Manager
• ？Define and implement yearly product launch plan for local market
• ？Implement go-to-market strategy in close cooperation with FAE as well as sales team, drive customer promotion events, meetings and training sessions
• ？Adapt PRM promotion materials according to local communication requirements
• ？Consolidate local market requirements based on VOC as well as competitor development and report to HQ especially to product management. Keep track on requirement fulfillment.
• ？Competitor analysis: define trends and counter measures for local market, gap analysis ？？

Qualifications

• ？？ Min. 5 years working experience in the semiconductor industry or consumer electronics
• ？？ Strong technical background in semiconductors or sensor technologies
• ？？ Advanced English skill both in written and oral
• ？？ Strong relationship building and effective communication skills
• ？ Ability to work with ambiguity in high dynamic teams and global environment
