Project Sourcing Manager 项目采购经理

Job Summary:

We are now looking for a Project and Program Sourcing Manager. In this role, your contributions in sourcing for R&D projects and product management activities through early participation. The purpose is to endorse sourcing strategies (including Cost Engineering), partner with the business needs and direct the sourcing assignments including its resource provisioning. This role shall ensure and perform active sourcing engagement with partners.


Responsibilities:

? You will drive stakeholder engagement
? You will have early and active engagement in R&D and PM with focus on continuous Cost Reduction
? You will endorse business ideas, strategies and PSL
? You will run cost and value optimization
? You will handle and organize sourcing assignments
? You will secure technical and sourcing alignment


Key Qualifications:

? Solid experience in cost reduction (HW, SW, Services) with strong track record
? Passion and self-motivation
? 3-5 years in one of the areas of Sourcing/Supply/HW R&D/Proudct Management
? Fluent oral and written English, be comfortable to join the leader team discussions within the region as well as the global countparties
? Sourcing Practice, Process & Strategy Knowledge
? Commercial Acumen & Skills
? Change & Improvement Management Skills
? Negotiation Skills
? Program & Project Management Skills

Additional Requirements:

? Early engagement with RND and PM to constantly seek and drive to further optimize the cost level to contribute Ericsson's total cost
