KEY RESULT AREA /areas of responsibility
主要职责
1.The Mathematic teacher will have the responsibility for the planning and teaching of the subject to the designated class, the content of each lesson being determined by School curriculum. The teacher will ensure that the subject is delivered in a way that provides coverage, progression.
数学老师将主要负责基于学校数学课程的教学及相关备课。数学老师需要积极鼓励学生，重视学生的学习过程。
2.The teacher will also be required to carry out other such duties as direct from time to time. He/she is expected to display the highest standards of professionalism in his/her teaching and in his/her relationships with colleagues and parents.
数学老师需要承担校方要求的其他工作职责。需要专业的家校沟通能力，以及与同事通力合作沟通协调的能力。
3.To track and assess regularly the pupil’s work by means of formative and summative assessments.
定期对学生的数学学习状况进行追踪和评估，包括形成性评估和总结性评估。

任职资格：
Qualifications/Training 资格证书/培训
1.Qualified teacher in the People’s Republic of China and a relevant international jurisdiction. 具有中华人民共和国教师资格
2.3-6YR PQE+ Experience. 3-6年取得资格证明后的工作经验
Experience / Knowledge 经验/知识
1.Significant knowledge and experience of teaching Chinese domestically in China.具有在中国国内从教的知识和经验
2.Significant knowledge and experience of teaching both national and IB courses.具有教国内教材和IB课程的知识和经验
3.Experience of working with Management teams. 具有与管理团队合作的经验
