Opportunity: the Deputy of Chinese Department in Secondary School

About the role 

1.The secondary Chinese teacher has the responsibility of planning and teaching Chinese lessons to students in different grades. We apply the national Chinese textbooks and the content of each lesson is determined by the secondary school curriculum.

2.The secondary Chinese teacher must ensure that an excellent learning environment is provided for the learning of Chinese, and the pupils develop a positive attitude to Chinese learning.

3.The secondary Chinese teacher needs to track and assess regularly the pupil’s work by means of formative and summative assessments.

4.The secondary Chinese teacher needs to keep in touch with the parents regularly and pay attention on students’ changes in language learning so as to support the students better. 

5.Under the leadership of the Head of Chinese Department, Chinese teachers are also expected to organize subject activities and contribute to large-scale activities in NACIS.

1.You are a keen communicator who is able to build good relationship with colleagues and parents.

2.You are expected to set high expectations and standards for the achievement of your personal performance and the pupils.

3.You have a certain anti-pressure spirit, and at the same time you have your own idea in your work and you are well organized.

4.You are good at collaborating and cooperating. You should not only maintain good communication with your colleagues in your department to achieve the school priorities and targets, but also keep in touch with parents regular.

工作岗位：中学语文教师

具体职责：

1.中学语文教师需要为不同年级的学生教授语文课。中学部语文课使用的是部编版统一教材，上课内容遵循中学部课程大纲。

2.中学语文教师必须确保为语文学习提供良好的学习环境，培养学生积极的学习态度。

3.中学语文教师需要定期对学生的语文学习状况进行追踪和评估，包括形成性评估和总结性评估。

4.中学语文教师需要与家长定期进行沟通，持续关注学生在语文学习上的变化，以便更好地帮助学生。

5.在中文部主任的带领下，积极组织与其它学科的互动活动，并为学校的大型活动做出贡献。
