Job Description

Topic owner of “anti-grey import” in？Bosch Thermotechnology？(TT) China, incl. but not limit to:？

• Collect information and search for evidence via various channels
• Coordinate related actions with internal and external interfaces (e.g. dealer, government, testing institute, industry association etc.)
• Work on legal disputes and claims
• Set up related standards (policy, guideline, process etc.) for the organization
• Deliver training to internal colleagues and external dealers/vendors

Legal support to TT？especially Sales, After Sales Service and Purchasing etc., incl. but not limit to:？

• Draft, negotiate and document contracts？

• Provide legal consultancy based on business needs

• Facilitate the business by efficient legal risk management and ensure compliance with laws and internal/external rules

• Share and implement best practice in handling legal issues

• Interface to corporate legal department on related topics

Other tasks assigned by line manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above degree in Law
• At least 2 year experience as legal consulting, experience？in MNC or sales and Marketing organization is preferred？

• Good at documentation drafting

• A high level of analytical skill and problem solving skill

• Strong communication skill to all levels within the organization, as well as to external interfaces

• Detail oriented, organized and customer-focused

Founded in 2000, the company is mainly in business of distributing products to China Markets, including Cast-ironing Boilers, Steel Boilers, Wall-hung Boilers and its accessories, water heater, as well as Solar and Heat pump products. The head office is located in Beijing. There are above 300 staffs. Our business spread over 36 provinces around China, and have branch company and after sales service centers in Shanghai and Xi’an. In Nanjing, there is a manufactory of solar products. Our mission is not only to be a boiler supplier, but also to provide entire heating system solutions to meet various requirements by our customers.
