Job Description

Hereafter DC stands for Drive and Control technologies division.

Major tasks of this role:

- Derive DC China HR strategy based on DC worldwide HR strategy and DC China business strategy

- Drive Change Management within our vision ‘We Move to Win’ including consulting function in organizational development and leadership coaching

- Leading Talent Management including entry programs, rotation planning and support international assignments

- Secure systematic management succession planning

- Staffing of open positions under the premise of our claim to be Technology leader in our industry

- Ensure competitive salary structure

- Provide support to HRM (divisional HR responsible) and local HRL’s in other Chinese locations

Qualifications

- at least 8 years of experience in HR area in leading position in international company

- Excellent communicator with a passion for people and change management

- Passionate and bold character

- a business oriented thinker and able to translate business needs into concrete commercial activities and projects

- an excellent people leader who can develop a motivated and highly performing team

- Fluent communication in English
