Defines overall test plan in conjunction with the project manager, Ensures enough resource is available. Responsible for the creation of the test strategy

Ensures that all testing, manual and automatic is fully completed and on-time.

Ensures that all test specifications are written in the correct format.

Implements the module targets (characteristics, costs, weight, quality, deadline)

Plans, guides and checks team activities

Prepares module documentation and reports in standard format to the integration manager to support Gateway and Project deliverables

Supports test reviews within the SE team structure

Identifies conflicting targets, assigns and evaluates possible solutions.

Supports all prototype and launch activities

Undertakes other tasks in support of EE department or company

任职要求：

Engineering degree or equivalent， 8-10 years working experience.

Extensive experience in testing strategies including labcar and vehicle testing.

Extensive knowledge of test management tools.

Must have good working knowledge of HIL rigs.

Experience with working with ECU hardware and software

Extensive experience of diagnostic ISO 14229.

Good appreciation of the full vehicle development lifecycle.

Extensive knowledge of Vector CAN tools such as CANape & CANoe.

Must be able to lead and work within teams

Excellent verbal and written communication

Must posses an engineering mindset and logical approach to problems

Should have a good understanding of the automotive product development cycle

Must be able to work under their own initiative with minimum supervision to deliver

Must have Chinese driving license or able to get one.
