工作职责（仅供参考）：

1、能够整合编写品牌培训教案，负责内训和外训，指导培训部团队不断提升工作能力；
2、负责筹办各类营销会议，能够独立授课和主持各类招商会和培训会的统筹安排；
3、参与策划和制定全国的大型培训会的开展与执行；
4、根据产品制定和设计培训形式和方法；
5、设计培训体系并组织评估培训效果。
