Main Responsibilities:
· Handle key customer relationship and be the primary contact to customer
· Ensure sales revenue from key accounts
· Answer customer inquiry and analyze request
· Quotation and bidding management
· Do necessary design and modifications for packaging solution
· Arrange sample making
· Establish material list for new projects
· Maintain customer information in ERP system
· Confirm order information
· Follow up delivery and payment
· Handle customer claims
Requirements:
· University degree, preferably in packaging design/engineering or other related fields.
· Min 5 years work experience in packaging companies.
· Experience of working with packaging services, packaging solution design.
· Ability to build relationships with key customers that are both on high levels and medium levels within their organizations.
· Well organized and service oriented.
· Skilled with 3D design software like Autocad and Solidworks.
· Good communications skills and analytical skills.
· Good presentation skills.
· Good command of written and spoken English.
