职位描述
This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious professional with no prior consulting experience to get in the consulting industry with a world renowned HR consulting firm.
This role will be responsible in growing our public workshop business.
You will expose to all aspect of MERCER’s consulting expertise & knowledge while delivering our public workshop. For the past 20 years, our public workshops has train up over 10,000 top HR professional in China. And internally we serve as the technical training centre for our MERCER consultant.
This is a perfect way to start a career in HR consulting.
Please note this is a one year contactor role, with possibility to change into a regular role.
Responsibility
Plan public workshop marketing and promotion activities, assist in setting pricing & route to market strategy to maximize revenue & profit. Lead public workshop sales cycle.
Answer client phone calls, emails and work to resolve client inquires in real time. Conduct outbound calls in order to make effective selling of all learning products and to build new client database
Manage financial system and data, supervise payment and AR process, and provide monthly data statistics & sales reports.
Coordinate Mercer public workshop programs to ensure smooth training implementation and high client satisfaction, including registration, pre survey, post evaluation and etc. Assist vendor management for logistics arrangement, and training materials improvement.
Support consultant on some part of consulting projects if necessary.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree
1-2 year full time experience with marketing or revenue management experience in hotel or airlines would in a plus, but not a must.
Entrepreneurial;
Customer service mindset and quick learner
Excellent organizational, communication (written and oral), interpersonal skills and troubleshooting/ problem solving skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task, time management and adherence to schedules, able to work under pressure
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Strong working knowledge Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel and PPT职能类别: 专业顾问
