Responsibilities：

• Tool design
• Make 2D/3D drawings and D/L (Die Layout) drawings
• Technical support to Tooling Engineer and Production/Process Engineer on trouble-shooting for tools
• Follow up time-plan of tool project
• Internal technical review for new projects

主要工作内容：

• 根据产品相关要求和设计规范进行模具设计，完成3D结构图并出2D加工图纸；并编制最基本的模具加工工艺；
• 同产品和工艺工程师紧密配合，共同解决试模及生产中有关模具的技术问题；
• 根据项目的进度，参与项目开发中涉及研发攻关及模具设计的相关任务；
• 绘制冲压模具D/L（Die Layout）图；
• 主导相关技术讨论和技术指导。

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Tool Design/Manufacturing or other related fields
• Minimum 5 years experience from tooling and mould design- and production.
• Minimum 2 years experience from tool design for deep drawn and progressive die stamping
• Experience from tool design software like UG, Catia or Pro-E
• Familiar with CAE software like Dynaform, Autoform or PAM
• Experience from working in an international company environment
• Preferably with good English in both written and spoken
• Good communication and coordination skills

基本要求：

• 熟练运用AUTOCAD制作2D图纸；

• 熟练运用Pro/E, UG或Catia其中一种来设计冲压模具；
• 有单工序冲压模、连续模及拉伸模丰富的设计经验；
• 熟练运用DYANFORM、AUTOFORM、PAM等任一种CAE（模拟分析）软件，能处理复杂双动拉延或回弹补偿尤佳。
• 具备基本的英语读写能力更佳。
