POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
1、负责主持百货公司工作，领导制定和实施分公司总体战略，实现百货股份公司下达的年度经营目标；建立健全公司各部门间良好的沟通渠道；负责建设高效的组织团队；有效管理直接所属部门的工作。
2、营运管理-组织制定公司的整体发展战略，并根据内外部环境变化进行适时调整，包括：主持公司的经营管理工作，组织实施上级公司各项决议；发掘市场机会，领导创新与变革；负责公司各部门的统筹管理和协调，包括：领导建立公司内部良好的沟通机制，协调各部门关系，协调各部门、分管各部门的领导之间的关系
3、招商组织-组织制定公司的招商策略，并根据市场情况，进性调整及革新。
4、外部关系- 负责公司的整体公共关系，维护公司良好的企业形象，包括：领导建立公司与合作伙伴、上级主管部门、政府、金融机构等部门间顺畅的沟通渠道；代表公司参加重大的社会公共关系活动，树立良好的企业形象；负责处理公司重大突发事件，并及时向上级公司汇报
5、财务管理-管理公司财务和成本工作，包括：审核年度财务预算和财务决算；控制公司整体资金的筹集与运用，疏通融资渠道，调配内部资金及资产管理的相关工作；参与重大经济合同的拟定、重大合同的实施
6、人力资源管理-负责公司的人力资源和健全公司的企业文化，包括：领导建立健全公司人力资源管理制度，组织制定人力资源政策，审批重大人事决策；负责公司员工队伍建设，选拔中高层管理干部；领导营造企业文化氛围，塑造和强化公司的价值观
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- 专科及以上学历，专业不限；
- 8年以上工作经验，有5年以上大型百货副总经理职位工作或零售行业经验；
- 有300人以上规模管理经验。参与定位、策划、招商、推广、营运等全过程；
- 良好的职业操守，遵规守纪。
