Training and Experience
· Minimum of three to five years international counseling experience
· GMS designation from the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council® or certification/designation for HR, Payroll and/or Relocation Services
· Demonstrated industry knowledge as it relates to international assignments and domestic relocations for:
o Human resources
o Balance sheets
o Cost projections
o Third-party data provider information
· 20 hours of industry or in-house training per year

· Ability to build relationships
· Ability to multi-task and balance priorities

Responsibilities of the Position
· Administering the client policy to assignees going on Long Term, Short Term, or Indefinite Transfer Assignments
· Creates, communicates, and reviews assignment letters with the client's human resources and finance departments
· Communicates and reviews the cost projection with the client's human resources and finance departments
· Communicates and explains all components of the balance sheet to the assignees
· Coordinates services (shipment of household goods, cross cultural training, language training, temporary living, immigration, and property management)
· Counsels expatriates, transferees, managers, and clients regarding the international process to assure central control of the process and reduction of relocation expenses
· Identifies and builds relationships with international and local service providers (forwarders, language trainers, property managers, and destination service providers)
· Maintains global mobility management system with relevant information and notes on each file
· Acts as a resource for policy development for potential clients and prospects
· Participates in formal presentations to potential clients
· Provides mentoring and leadership for International Associates
· Tracks and follows up with assignees on a regular basis to ensure positive service evaluations
· Makes recommendations to Client Services Manager for policy enhancements
· Understands and meets service level agreements
· Abides by the Xerox Code of Conduct
