? Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering. 3 years Minimum experiences relevant to quality management in large domestic enterprise or foreign joint venture. Good English language skill.
? Specific knowledge

? ISO 9001 requirements;
? Steam turbine and/or generator technology;
? Knowledge of six sigma process is a plus.
? Business understanding

Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality Management System, particularly in process of internal audit, analysis of data, continual improvement and corrective and preventive actions. Knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control) is necessary.
