MAIN DUTIES:
? Gives Support to checking of compliance of construction with scope and quality requirements
? Gives Support to civil technical execution expertise for a specific subject (Soil Condition / Soil Improvement; Concrete Works; Steel Structure; Finishing Works; Roads and Landscaping; Specialized Structures)
? Any other tasks assigned by the Site manager.

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT:
? Objectives, targets and performance measurements are defined on yearly employee's appraisal and Project Targets are set by the Construction Manager Civil / Construction Superintended Civil / Site Manager
? Civil Program and Civil Turn Over reliability of related Project
? Quality of Civil Works of related Project
? EHS requirements within Civil Works of related Project.

AUTHORITY
? Participation in Civil Construction with Ownership related to Quality and Time
? Contribution, take Ownership and Support related projects to comply with cost, time and quality targets.


QUALIFICATION, COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE
? Preferably university degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
? Minimum - Civil Diploma or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
?
Previous experience as Supervisor - EPC or Subcontractor Company - in Industrial Projects (preferably in Power Plants)
? Strong ability to communicate verbal and in written English with preferably a second language.
? Needs to be good in the management of tools and other resources. Has to show good capabilities in the explanation of technical and working processes.
? Strong intercultural skills and abilities for managing of worldwide processes, procedures and leading with local management.
