• 主要职责：
  1、根据现有编制及业务发展需求，协调、统计各部门的招聘需求，编制年度人员招聘计划。
  2、开发、维护、评估、分析各招聘渠道。
  3、建立和完善公司的招聘流程和招聘体系。
  4、利用各种招聘渠道发布招聘广告，寻求招聘机构。
  5、执行招聘、甄选、面试、选择、安置工作。
  6、建立后备人才选拔方案和人才储备机制。
  7、发展团队。
  8、执行绩效管理项目。
  9、公司安排的其他工作。
• 任职要求：
  1、相关专业，本科以上学历；
  2、8年以上工作经验，了解快速消费品公司、快速发展公司专业招聘的；
  3、熟悉招聘渠道，善于销售职位招聘、届毕业生招聘项目实施；
  4、了解绩效管理职能，并有实践经验；
  5、熟悉劳动法律法规，积极主动，能承受压力。
