1.Responsibility for the aspect of Admin:

- Hardware maintenance (PC, Printer, LXE equipment...)

- Network support (connection between BBAC / BJ warehouse to Changzhou, LAN support)

- Windows patch management

- Anti-virus client update



2.Responsibility for the aspect of Application:

- Support ERP System(EDI and Distribution module) for JIS/JIT delivery.

- Coordinate with Customer(Engineering, Planning, Purchasing) and internal department(Engineering, Planning, Logistic) to make the IT Supply Chain System running smoothly.

- Monitor the ERP EDI System and ERP master data with troubleshooting in 1st level and escalate problem to 2nd level It staff.

- Conduct User Training for IT EDI & Distribution System and After-Live supporter

- Good Communicate skill with Customer and customer service experience is preferred.



Requirement:

- College or above

- Major in Logistic and IT background

- Good communication skills in both oral and English.

- Knowledge with Automobile Engineering Industry and Supply Chain & production planning IT-MES System.

- Know-how of logistics especially for dispatch process

- The native of Langfang city of Hebei province is preferred
