The Customer Service Consultant will primarily provide consumer banking and corporate transactional banking services to customers of ANZ. This is mainly to sell PBB products and services, along with other products and services of ANZ to existing and potential customers. You will ensure strict compliance with internal and local regulatory policies, procedures, guidelines and rules.

Tasks will include account opening, cash deposits and withdrawals, payment processing, customer account, transaction and regulatory inquiries, cheque collections and travellers cheque processing. It is imperative to immediately escalate any transactions or situations that senior management should be reasonably aware of such as customer disputes and conflict, fraud, or erroneous transactions that could result in a loss to ANZ. You will also work on cross selling of PBB and other bank products and services.

Qualifications:

*At least one year working experience in consumer or corporate banking

*A degree in accounting/finance will be preferred

*English speaking qualification is preferred

*Sales experience or experience working with English first language speakers is a plus
