JOB CONTENT

• Drive high-touch accounts business in south china.
• Customer visit with aligned suppliers/sales/TSM.
• Qualify new automotive accounts with sales/TSM.
• Drive DC and POS in south china auto segment.
• Establish & enhance strong connection with respective suppliers/stakeholder.
• Attend key supplier review meeting for automotive.
• Seeking for IDH partner in various application to support south china customers.
• Training for sales/TSM in automotive.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in engineering or business degree with electrical, electronics or industrial automation experience

EXPERIENCES

• Minimum 5 years marketing, product or sales experience in Automotive

• Must have discipline to develop, execute and measure a sales and customer plan
• Must have the drive to grow sales in a difficult environment
• Must be motivated by a variable income component based upon the ability to increase sales and profit.

  

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT PLANS  

• Coordinates supplier training where needed
• Enhances process to drive customer delight and reduces cost of doing business
• Is the go-to person in sales and maintains the status of interconnect authority
