Responsibilities

研究并了解政府决策流程及政策文件精神，支持裸心集团的业务开发和运营。

Study and understand the government decision-making process and policy document spirit, support the business development and operation of the naked Group.

对裸心集团相关业务开展给予建设性意见和建议。

Provide constructive comments and suggestions on the relevant business of the naked Group.

协助部门负责人加强和政府相关部门沟通，协助维护裸心集团经营范围与市场份额、消除潜在的风险、减少不利影响，协助处理影响公司品牌形象的危机和公众事件。

Assist to strengthen communication and relevant government departments, to maintain the business scope and market share of naked Group, to eliminate potential risks, to reduce adverse effects, to handle the effects of corporate brand image and public relation crisis events.  

 研究并了解公司法、合同法、劳动法、税收征管等相关法律，参与办理公司营业执照、食品流通许可证、消防许可证等相关运营证照。

Study and understand the company law, contract law, labor law, tax collection and other related laws, participate in the company's licenses, food circulation permission, fire control permission and other related operating licenses.

参与维护与相关政府部门的良好关系，积极提升公司品牌形象。

Participates in maintaining good relationship with relevant government departments and actively promotes brand image.

Requirements

本科以上学历：公共管理、工商管理、法律等相关专业毕业，拥有研究生或MPA、MBA学历或学位者优先。

Bachelor degree or above, major in public administration, business administration, law, etc., with graduate or MPA, MBA degree or degree preferred

 良好的人际交往能力，乐观、积极的工作态度。

Good interpersonal skills, optimistic and positive work attitude

 高度的工作责任心，良好的学习能力和理解能力

High sense of responsibility, good learning and understanding.

专业的英语和中文书面写作和口头沟通能力，良好的口头表达能力，精通上海话更佳。

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, good oral communication skills and proficiency in Shanghai dialect is a plus
