Core Responsibilities:

? Prepare monthly actual and forecast reports with variance analysis (Actual vs FCT, vs AOP, vs previous year)

? Assist FC develop and implement annual budgeting procedures and AOP reports

? Monitor and support monthly closing, yearly closing and accuracy of booking

? General monitor the tax declaration and yearly audit to ensure the China operations comply with all social, tax legal regulations and provisions.

? Support FC to complete the weekly cashflow forecast report by timely communicate and coordinate with other relevant department for the payment plan

? Coordinate the capital spending review process for the company

? Proactively identify issues or potential issues in different functions in the company through finance analysis

? Provide commercial finance support to business leaders regarding to profitability, risk control, cost management and KPI setting & tracking, etc.

? Work closely with team to get business update and project tracking

? Develop and deliver tools to track and report accurate financial information, business and operational analysis for all business

? Prepare other on-going and ad hoc reporting and analysis

Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills:

? You should ideally have at least five years’ experience in a similar role and with 3+ years in FP&A in MNC dealing with multi-entities. 至少需要有5年及以上相似的工作经验，并有3年以上的财务分析工作经验

? A good command of written and spoken English is preferred and the ability to find fault and rectify subsystems are essentials. 英文读写熟练以及对财务系统的熟练

? Accounting, reporting, budgeting, control, tax 财务、报告、预算以及税务

? Good communication and interpersonal skill 良好的沟通及人际关系的技巧

? Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadline. Willing to learn. 能在高压下及时完成工作并乐于学习

? Good command of English writing and reading skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and PPT 良好的英语写作和阅读能力，精通Word ，Excel和PPT制作

? Experience with Ufida, Kingdee or SAP financial ERP system, Ideally have ERP launch experience 用友，金蝶或SAP等ERP系统经验，最好有ERP系统上线经验

Education/Certifications:

? Degree in accounting or finance from Chinese university 大学本科学历

? Chinese accountant’s certification 中级会计职称

? CPA , ACCA or CMA preferred 中国注册会计师优先
