岗位职责：

- 负责公司产品后台系统的优化、系统的架构改进，性能调优工作；

- 负责核心代码编写，解决技术上的疑难问题；

- 负责新技术的研究，为团队引入新的技术和创新的解决方案。

任职要求：

-计算机及相关专业本科及以上学历，有电商工作经验者优先；

- 至少3年以上java开发经验，至少2年以上互联网行业java开发背景；

- 熟练掌握Java网络编程，理解TCP，UDP等网络知识，对Netty有深入理解，深入理解序列化和服务器间调用；

- 熟悉JVM内存管理、类加载机制等，掌握Java系统的故障排查和性能调优；

- 熟练掌握MySQL等主流数据库，熟悉数据库建模，具备深厚的SQL功底，并有着丰富的数据库设计经验，了解MongoDB，NOSQL的数据存储产品，熟悉不同类型和数据库的底层运行原理和优缺点；

- 了解并会使用git版本控制；

- 工作踏实认真，强烈的责任心，思路清晰，有优秀的协调沟通能力和团队合作精神。
