JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  

1. Support marketing events and deliver speech.

2. Support BD/AM team on client meetings as an outbound specialist.

3. Fully Understand the outbound clients' demand, help clients design a best peopple risk solution, and find proper vendors to provide high quality services.

4. Support BD/AM team to prepare technical bidding documents.

5. Manage clients' relationship and provide good quality daily services as a client manager.

6. Support to diliver various training to clients.

7. Understand the outbound insurance market (including but not limited to ADD, EL, Travel, High End Medical, K&R) and policies both in China and outside China.

8. Support to do outbound insurance market reseach.

9. Cooperate with colleagues from MMB offices in other countries to deliver overseas broking services.

10. Support to improve outbound solution based on targeting outbound prospects or clients.

                    

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  

• Bachelor's Degree and above, preferably in Insurance, Commercial, Statistics, Finance, Human Resources
• Have at least 2 years broking or insurance experience
• Capable of operating Office software skillfully
• Have good presentation skills
• Have good skills to communicate both internally and externally(vendors and clients)
• Have strong anti-pressure ability
• Devote oneself to the career of employee insurance and benefit
• Strong English language skills
