职位描述

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Management (10%)

? Reporting to the supervisor regarding project and event operation process and main issue may have

? Ensuring the expenditure is meet the budget

? Maintaining and updating of managerial tools such as CRM, Tempo and all appropriate files and databases

? Maintaining good internal communication within the event / project team members

? Managing Project Coordinators` time and working flow


Production & Operations (85%)

? Supporting Conference Manager and Project Manager to complete target with professional attitude and skills

? Fulfill the operational roles within the event / project teams

? Managing with Project Coordinator and other project team members both during the preparation phase of a project and on-site

? Fulfill the setting up, search of documentations and other operation works based on the elaborating the congress documents

? Participating in event debriefings, gather client feedback


Additional responsibilities (5%)

? Participant internal trainings


DESCRIPTION OF THE RELATIONSHIPS

The PCO Project Executive reports to a Congress Manager and Project Manager, and usually works as member of an event / project team.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

? A minimum of 3 years experience in the relevant industry demonstrating consistent progression in roles and responsibilities

? Experience in delivering congress in the private and/or public sector in an international environment

? Fluency in English

? Good written and verbal communication

? Ability to make decisions and to prioritise tasks, and to remain calm under stress

? Problem solving skills

? Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team

? Excellent inter-personal skills

? Good sense of humour

? Experience with operating of budgets

? Professional education in Event Management, Hotel Management, Tourism or another relevant domain

? Responsible

? Good knowledge of computerised systems including word processing, spreadsheets, preferably Word, Excel, PowerPoint
