As part of our continued growth, we seek an FAE Team Lead to support the Bluetooth customer base across China with deep technical expertise to enable customers to move from evaluation through to design/production with DA14xxx family.

The role

Working in Sales team based in Shenzhen, you will:

• Consult customers on technical matters related to Dialog BLE + Wireless SoC: bridging between experts in the BU and customer where necessary.

• Support customers implementing SW features that will require a level of hands-on co development/support & debug - including features still in development phase in BU.

• Feedback customer issues and escalations into the BU. Also highlight features for next generation SoC, tools, SW features etc.

What we are looking for?

• Computer Science / EE graduate with Bachelor Degree or above

• Commercially minded with ability to work both autonomously and as key team member.

• Strong Technical Project Management skill

8+ years of Embedded MCU software knowledge - 100% necessity

• Trackable record in MCU /MPU software development including RTOS.

• Experience in developing with embedded C from ground up OR extensive experience in similar programming environment is required.

• Thorough experience with tool-chains (e.g. Keil/IAR/GCC etc..), debuggers & general too chains.

• Experience in MCU SW /Register Architecture (Cortex –M preferred).

• Confidence with ability to help customers modify/optimise/debug

• Experience of wireless stacks/protocol is an advantage (especially Bluetooth)

• Exposure to Android / iOS environment is an advantage.

Strong MCU Hardware Knowledge – 100% necessity

• Knowledge in MCU hardware peripherals

• Clocking & Timers / input & output / XTAL / UART, SPI, i2c/ memory utilisation/ DMA etc.

• General wireless market knowledge is a strong advantage, especially Bluetooth

• Any RF knowledge also an advantage
