Description ：

Support the global regulatory affairs function in achieving assigned regulatory goals and objectives.

Develop and maintain CFDA specific regulatory knowledge.

Prepare,submit and maintain assigned product registrations in china.

Maintain knowledge of china approval system and develop working relationship with china authorities,global RA and PSCs

Arrange necessary registration testing in/outside china.

Provide registration plan with timeline for assigned products.

write and monthly QA/RA meeting and MS/RA meeting and report information,problems and issues.

Follow up report the progress about KPIs and BBO.

Responsibilities:

Assist the director to deploy and implement regulatory objectives within the organization.

Identify and provide advice and guidance on regulations and ensure to maintain and implement up-to-date knowledge in china.

Control the preparation and mintain submissions of assigned products to authoroties in china.

Provide advice to market/sales the regulatory plan for assigned prducts.

build-up and maintain good working relationship with authorities in china.

Authority:

Implement assigned registration projects.

Sign regulatory documentation within own work responsibility.

Proactively support the organization from regulatory perspectives.

Represent Elekta china BU in RA when contacting authorities.

Relevant knowledge,skills and competences:

Bachelor degree or above.

Familiar with medical device regulations,at least one-year regulatory working experience.

Familiar with registration procedures of medical devices in china.

Ability to draft product registration standard.

Good skills in English.

Familiar with MS offices and other computer skills.

Ability to work in a multi-cultural,interational corporate environment.

Ability to work independently.
