Responsibilities:

  

• Identify market opportunities and challenges, and support global mobility business development activities for assigned industries or markets

• Deliver high quality global mobility solutions on schedule, including inbound and outbound

• Assist with overall client engagement and client relationship to deliver integrated support to clients regarding all aspects of global mobility

• Provide global mobility policy development and processes support to new and existing clients, generate global mobility advisory projects based on knowledge of a client’s business, and serve in a client service delivery role on key advisory engagements

• Develop, customize and deliver internal/external(both in-house and public workshops) training/sharing sessions relating to trends in global mobility (as well as general international human resource issues).

          

  

Requirements:

  

• 5 years' experience in HR consulting industry, or International HR area

• Knowledge of the following: policy, process and procedure review/development and re-engineering; expatriate compensation; expatriate benefits; immigration, international payroll, is highly preferred

• Good track record in developing and maintaining relationships with SOEs or Chinese POEs

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

• Fluent in English

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills at the business and technical level

• Highly motivated with strong team spirit and good interpersonal skill

• Commitment to high quality and timely delivery

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
