Responsibilities

1. Ensure all IT activities are complied with the global regulatory regulations and ISO requirements;
2. Communicate with internal / external auditors,collect,verify and analyze supporting documents.Manage and monitor audit and compliance dossier;
3. Assist internal Legal Department in handling relevant assignments;
4. Assist in monitoring ITS daily operations.Perform compliance inspections, risk assessments, arrange technical vulnerability scanning and verify controls in ITS applications and infrastructure setup;
5. Assist Manager to handle relevant tasks as assigned;
6. Conduct information data mapping, risk identification, assessment and rating;
7. Responsible for coordination and communication with relevant working teams during audits.Tracking progresses of corrective actions based on audit summary;
8. Facilitate risk identifications and classifications for information;

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above，major in quality management or computer science preferred；
2. Solid understand in ISO management frameworks (9001/20000/27001, etc.) and global major security requirements (including "Cyber Security Law" and "National Information Security Level Protection System", etc.) is an advantage;
3. Information Security related certifications desirable, e.g. Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP);
4. Excellent in written and verbal English;
5. Experience in managing data mapping processes;
6. Careful and with strong sense of responsibility to work assigned;
7. Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
