Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support the deployment of productivity management tools to ensure consistent measurement and monitoring of productivity at process and team level.
• Work with manager to constantly review all tasks within scope to identify potential opportunities for process improvements/optimization.
• Support the analysis of identified processes and identify and document all potential areas for improvement.
• Support the design and implement solutions to drive process improvement + optimization.
• Prepare supporting documents and presentations to customer for approval of process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure that the process is monitored after improvements implemented and track and record results to demonstrate success and/or enable further adjustments.
• Ensure that accurate training records of all new processes/actions are kept accessible.

Requirement

• Experience on quality management in the production (1~ 3 years)
• Experience on production or logistics
• Experience on Automobile industry
